The iframe returns the LoginId in every successful connection as an Event called "REDIRECT". So only after successfully getting access to the bank accounts, you will find the LoginId.
Flinks Connect can also provide you the LoginID by using the parameter redirectUrl in your call.
The LoginId will then be appended in the Url.
