Managing 2FA + IP Whitelisting

2FA + IP Whitelisting settings can be updated by changing the value found under Settings -> Security:

Users with Admin privileges can manage IP Whitelisting and can enable or disabled 2FA on a project level.

Please note that:
  • IP Whitelisting does not automatically disable 2FA for existing users - 2FA must also be disabled on a user level by the user
  • Even with 2FA enabled, IP Whitelisting is enforced and users outside of the Whitelisted IP will be denied access to the project

Updating 2FA Settings:

2FA settings can be updated on a user level by changing the value found under Profile -> Security:

Users can:

  • Update the phone number on which they will receive 2FA
  • Enable or Disable 2FA - users only have the option to disable 2FA if IP Whitelisting has been enabled on a project level and if 2FA has been disabled on a project level
Please note that user security settings can only be updated by a user for their own profile
