If you have an Attributes package enable, you can view the report by clicking on the user's name in the request feed. Once on the user's detail page, you will see the name of the attributes report(s) you have enabled in the upper left area of the screen.
Note: the navigation will be "Overview" plus the attribute package you have enabled. For example if you have an Income Attributes package the navigation will be "Overview | Income".
