  • 1. Check the FI status on the Status Page 
    • This article shows how to subscribe via email or webhook to the Status Page;

  • 2. Check on the Dashboard if the respective connection error is due to missing credentials.
  • 3. If the error is not due to items #1 and #2, a ticket should be opened.
