| SR | Card Success Rate | = Successful Requests / Total Requests with validated credentials | Measures the success rate to pull and return data, not accounting for user errors. |
Observation: Requests that stop before Data pull (wrong credentials, wrong MFA answer, abandoned at MFA) are excluded from SR.
